Join Us Online at Midweek MARPA to Discuss the 2026 Work Plan

As usual, MARPA will hold its online meeting “Midweek MARPA” on the first Wednesday of the month – which is tomorrow.

We’ve just finished two very successful meetings in China and Japan, and we expect to provide a short debriefing on those meetings.

This month’s meeting will also include a discussion about MARPA’s 2026 work plan, with a special focus on where MARPA needs to be in 2026.  Please come prepared to share your thoughts on these questions:

  • Was the MARPA EMEA Conference in Dublin successful?  Should MARPA continue to focus on supporting European air carriers and MROs?  We are already planning to be in Germany in 2026 – what could we do to make the European meeting more successful next year?
  • Was the PMA Conference in Xi’an successful?  Should MARPA continue to focus on supporting Chinese air carriers and MROs?  What could we do to make the China meeting more successful next year?
  • Was the PMA Conference in Tokyo successful?  Should MARPA continue to focus on supporting Japanese air carriers and MROs?  What could we do to make the Japan meeting more successful next year?
  • MARPA promoted PMA in meetings in Mexico and Panama in 2025.  Are these valuable markets to the PMA community?  What can we do to continue supporting PMA in Latin America?
  • MARPA promoted PMA at a number of domestic meetings in 2025, and will finish the year with its Annual Conference in Dallas in November (with our partner, American Airlines).  How can we continue to increase the value offered to the community by the Annual Conference?
  • On what other markets should MARPA be focused?
  • At all of these meetings, MARPA promoted the sponsors (including through the use of the 2025 MARPA Sponsor image with sponsor logos at all of these events).  Do the sponsoring members believe that they and the industry are getting value from the MARPA investment and what can MARPA do to increase the value provided to the industry?

We will soon develop the 2026 MARPA meeting plan and then we will be asking members to join the plan as sponsors to help support the education and networking that is featured in our meetings.

The next Midweek MARPA is scheduled for 5:00 pm eastern time on Wednesday October 1, 2025.  If you don’t have the log-in details, then contact Katt Brigham at MARPA Headquarters and she will make sure you get the details.
