Overflow Hotel Rooms Still Available for 2025 MARPA Conference

The 2025 MARPA Conference Dallas is less than two weeks away, on November 11-13!  Make sure you’re ready to attend, and have your hotel room reserved.

Our host property at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport Hotel is sold out on November 11th and 13th, but has space available for all other dates.

For an alternative on those sold-out nights, their partner property Hyatt Place DFW Airport Hotel has rooms available at a special  MARPA rate of $169 per night (plus taxes and applicable fees).  Bookings are available through November 3rd based on space available, so don’t delay in reserving your room!

As a convenience for MARPA guests, a shuttle bus will run between the properties every 30 minutes from 7:00am to 1:00am each day.  Please check with your hotel for more information about transportation options.

Register to attend before November 7th to avoid the need to register at the door in Dallas! Log in to the MARPA Membership and Meetings portal to register online or submit a registration form to MARPA. Don’t forget- qualified air carriers receive complimentary Conference registration and MARPA membership.
