This week, the FAA started the process of assembling the Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (RFA) for the 2006 Drug and Alcohol Testing Amendments. This was done pursuant to a 2007 Court Order and a 2011 Show Cause Order directing the FAA to perform this analysis. Continue reading
