Regulatory Challenges and FAA Compliance IssuesGiles recently retired as the Manager of Aircraft Maintenance for the Federal Aviation Administration. She has been involved in the regulations and policies that affect the use of PMA parts, and will share her experience with PMAs and discuss some recent FAA guidance that affects PMAs, including ICA guidance that helps to protect PMA parts from anticompetitive ICA licensing agreements (those anti-competitive agreements tended to undermine safety).
