Have you registered for the 2012 MARPA Conference, yet?
This year, we plan to offer some new things at our Conference, including additional networking opportunities and more working time for Committees.
As always, we are expecting a significant number of customers, and we’ve gotten word from some of the customers that they are looking for partners with solutions. Among our early registrants, we have representation from the following air carriers:

- Bismillah Airlines
- Copa Airlines
- Delta Airlines
- Japan Airlines
- Kenya Aiways
- Southwest Airlines
- United Airlines
- UPS
- Westjet
And this does not include the carriers who’ve said they are coming, have reserved rooms in the hotel, but that have not yet filed a registration form.
If you plan to arrive on the 2nd, then please join us in the hotel restaurant for a special informal meet-and-greet (this is our first year adding this sort of pre-workshop opportunity – We will be publishing more details, soon.). Of course, everyone will gather on October 3 after the workshops for the traditional Opening Night Reception. And it appears that several companies are taking advantage of the “free night” on October 4 to schedule private events and meetings with clients and business partners. The program should be educational, as well as presenting great business opportunities. We have an expanded slate of workshops on October 3, and a set of general session events and presentations designed to bring you the business intelligence you need.
Always wanted to join a MARPA Committee? This is the year to get involved! We’ve expanded the Committee meeting time and will be assigning more resources to the committees in the coming year in order to make better use of industry resources to enhance our Association’s abilities to meet the members’ needs.
One thing we will be carrying over from last year is a special President’s breakfast for the sponsors. This is a special opportunity for our high-dollar-value sponsors to network.
