MARPA Files Comments on the Draft Revisions to the Supplier Control Advisory Circular

MARPA has filed comments on DRAFT AC 21-20C. This is the latest revision to the Supplier Control Advisory Circular. The draft AC is available online http://www.faa.gov/aircraft/draft_docs/media/Draft_AC-21-20C.pdf.

You can find MARPA’s Comments on the FAA’s Draft Revisions to the Supplier Control Advisory Circular online, as well.

MARPA’s comments focused on five details:

  • Reference to Third Party Documents
  • Production Approval Holder Definition
  • Notification to the FAA
  • Suppliers Holding a Production Approval
  • PAH- Supplier Arrangement Elements

If you examine our comments and the DRAFT AC and notice anything that we missed, please make sure you forward any additional comments to Bob Franklin at Robert.Franklin@faa.gov.  Bob is a really good guy and will likely appreciate any constructive criticism that we can offer.
