MARPA’s negotiated room rate for the event is $229 USD per night, plus tax, applied on a limited basis for rooms booked prior to the deadline of October 20, 2024 – but we expect to sell out before the booking deadline. The rate is offered from November 7th through 20th, for those who wish to extend their stay.
MARPA has been working closely with our host hotel to accommodate our attendees, adding rooms to the MARPA block multiple times. Now that your customers and suppliers have booked their rooms, our event is approaching the hotel’s capacity. MARPA is working to negotiate space at a nearby overflow property once our host hotel is sold out, and will post details on our website once we have more information.
