Love MARPA and PMA? Join the Marketing Committee!

These are challenging times, but MARPA is still here for the PMA community and working hard to support our members and the industry. MARPA hosted its first-ever virtual conference this spring, in place of our European Conference; we are hosting weekly Midweek MARPA networking and trivia happy hours; we continue to put out MARPA Supplements and update the MARPA blog; and our committees and staff are hard at work on initiatives that will benefit our members both during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Building on our success this spring and faced with the current realities unfolding in the United States, the MARPA Annual Conference in October is currently being developed into a virtual conference.

MARPA wants to make sure that everything it does for the industry has maximum benefit. We also want to make sure that the projects to which we commit our resources are providing value for our members. The most elegant project in the world does no good if it isn’t a project that serves our members.

We are therefore seeking to reinvigorate the MARPA Marketing Committee. This committee will meet once a month to identify discrete projects that are important and valuable to MARPA members, then work to accomplish those projects for the benefit of the association. Participation in the committee will also provide the opportunity to shape the direction of MARPA initiatives as well as meet and collaborate with other MARPA members. Past iterations of the Marketing Committee helped shape the MARPA EMEA conference in Europe and turn it into a great success.

The first meeting of the MARPA Marketing Committee will take place Tuesday, July 28, at 2 pm Eastern. If you are interested in participating please email MARPA VP of Government and Industry Affairs Ryan Aggergaard at ryan@washingtonaviation.com for the dial in information.

We look forward to hearing you on the call, and thank you for your support of MARPA!
