MARPA Files Comments on Japanese Safety Management Systems (SMS) Rule.

MARPA has filed comments in response to the Japanese proposed rule on Safety Management Systems (SMS). In general, MARPA was pleased with the direction being taken by the Japanese rule. MARPA’s comments suggest areas where the proposed rule can be improved to better match the proposal offered by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
