2026 MARPA Winter Meeting Details for Members

Welcome to 2026, MARPA members!  We’re receiving updated information daily about upcoming MARPA events, and want to make sure you’re ready to participate.

The 2026 MARPA Winter Meeting is our annual MARPA Members Only “open Board meeting,” to which MARPA members are invited, at no cost, in order to participate in planning the direction and programs of the association. Attending gives members the opportunity to take part in this strategic planning meeting attended by the MARPA Board of Directors, with regulatory and association guests invited.



WHO MAY ATTEND?: The meeting is open to all MARPA members in good standing, but delegates must contact MARPA prior to February 2nd to secure their space
DATE: February 10, 2026 (RSVP by Feb 2nd)
TIME: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (subject to change based on meeting agenda)
PLACE: GAMA Headquarters, in the Washington, DC area

The Winter Meeting is an intimate opportunity to work closely with the Board and Association on a topics of special interest to MARPA members, to have their voices heard about matters of importance to their company. The meeting will help shape our association and industry as we move forward. Members attending can weigh in on the strategic planning of things like future MARPA event details, MARPA Committee initiatives, increasing member benefits, association direction, trade missions to provide global FAA-PMA education and increasae exports, and more.

MARPA Winter Meetings also typically include presentations by government and trade association representatives. In previous years, we have welcomed invited representatives from the FAA, EASA, the U.S. Department of Commerce, GAMA, A4A, and other relevant agencies and associations.
